Research has shown that 90% of women felt that their menopause symptoms were having a negative impact on their work and 10% have left their jobs because of symptoms of the menopause.

The ONS stated that menopausal women are the fastest growing demographic in the workplace, highlighting the need for more support and understanding from organisations.

I work with organisations to help managers understand the physical and emotional impact of the menopause and deliver training that helps their employees remain productive at work, whilst supporting their emotional wellbeing and mental health.

Training To Managers

The main objective is to help managers understand what it is like for those being impacted by physical and emotional symptoms of the menopause so they can better understand how to support their employees.

Training To Employees

The main objective of this training is to provide practical advice for employees struggling with the physical and emotional symptoms of the menopause, to give them tools to make their day to day lives better.

Ongoing Support For Staff

You can gift a copy of the Menopause Positivity Planner to each member of staff when they tell HR/Manager that they are going through the menopause. It is a coaching journal to help people manage their menopause symptoms and work through their emotional triggers that the menopause brings.
