IVF Positivity Planner
I know all too well that it can seem difficult to make changes when you are feeling overwhelmed, that’s why this planner is here to guide you through IVF, to keep you going when you are wobbling and to help you take back some of that all important control and focus on you.
The IVF Positivity Planner has 12 weeks of undated daily journaling space, for you to record important information, how you are feeling and some questions to keep you focused on taking care of yourself.
It also features a specific treatment section, to help with the feelings of overwhelm many people feel when they are about to start IVF. It includes a plan to support you through IVF, to help you record all the important information you need to remember, to give you a daily plan for keeping yourself occupied through the TWW and coping tips for going through IVF.
The IVF Positivity Planner gives you a monthly planner to make sure you plan in something that makes you smile each day, and gives you activities, ideas and support in reducing stress, focussing on self-care and finding your support network.

Coaching Support For You
I work with couples and individuals who are struggling with the desperation and heartache of trying to conceive. They feel that their life has been put on hold and that they have lost control of their life in general.
I work with them on managing their anxiety, looking at other areas of their life that have become neglected and help them focus on getting themselves in the best emotional state for conceiving and coping through treatment.
My positive attitude and friendly approach to coaching means that clients feel completely at ease coming to talk to me.

Create Your IVF Coping Plan
One to One Intensive Coaching Session
My one to one 90 minute coaching intensive will help you to create a plan for coping through IVF - to help you take control and manage your anxieties. We will talk through your journey so far, how you would like to feel and we will create a plan of actions and little steps to help you cope before, during and after IVF.
It will be very action focussed to help you take back some control of your fertility journey and life, and will give you a clear plan for making changes and coping emotionally through treatment
This session can be Face to Face in Halifax town centre or via Skype if you live further afield.

'Coping Through IVF' - Online Self Study Course
This is a 4 week self study course, with daily questions and activities designed to help you take control of your fertility treatment, focus on taking care of yourself emotionally and cope as a couple. You will also receive a workbook to support you in doing this course.
The course will help you feel stronger, happier and less anxious.
The feedback on this course has been really positive - about how it made them feel much more positive and allowed them to take control of their anxieties and changes they want to make.
